Trained by Jones runs a small group personal training model whereby there are 4 members to 1 coach in every session. Ensuring you're being individually coached in an exclusive, custom-built personal training studio.
One size does not fit all. This is why we have a range of different types of small group sessions to suit your goal and your starting point. Including strength, mobility, learning to lift (learning the basics) and yoga sessions. View our timetable here.
After your 30-day trial, you can choose how many small group personal training sessions you'd like each month and use our seamless booking app to ensure you maximise your membership. Head to our 'Contact Us' page to find more details.
