Julia HATED the thought of being in a commercial gym but knew all too well she needed to increase her strength as she went through menopause, especially with ongoing back pain.
Now Julia comes to the mobility sessions plus yoga every Saturday. She has never felt stronger and hasn't experienced back pain in months.
Shelly started at Trained by Jones is May 2020. She was a serial gym goer and knew strength training was needed as she aged.
However, she had no idea where to start. Through working with Trained by Jones she is now stronger than ever and is completing 4-5 weekly strength sessions alongside daily mobility.
Gopika joined with her husband Ben in December 2023. They both knew they needed to prioritise their health for their current well-being and aspiration to one day start a family.
So in February 2024, when Gopika and Ben told me they were pregnant after many years of trying, you can imagine how overjoyed all of us as coaches were for them!
