Our 30-day trial allows you to book 12 sessions across 30 days. It costs £199 and you are not in any contract or commitment. We allow five new trialist to start every month so please enquire today if you wish to begin your journey with TBJ. You can start your trial whenever you wish.
After your trial, you can either choose to continue with TBJ or walk away. There is no pressure whatsoever. There are three tiers of membership after the trial. You can choose from 4, 8 or 12 SGPT sessions per month. Prices can be found upon enquiring where you will receive our welcome pack if you wish.
Trained by Jones runs Strength, Mobility, Learn to Lift, Boxing and Yoga sessions. They run across the week with sessions starting at 6am and the final session of the day starting at 7pm. It is the perfect combination of different types of sessions to improve every aspect of your health.
Trained by Jones operates a small group personal training model. This means there is a maximum of four members in each session. If the session does not have four members booked on, is always still goes ahead. You can see how many members are booked onto each session through the booking app.
Our job as trainers is to ensure every ability and experience level is catered for within the sessions! 80% of our members who start on the trial haven't exercised formally within the last 3 years. You're not alone and we have experience in ensuring you are supported every step of the way. Our Learn to Lift sessions are a great place to start if you want to start with some fundamental movements of exercising before a strength or mobility session. We are here to help and recommend where to start based off your current circumstances.
We don't offer drop-in sessions as it doesn't allow us to build a rapport with the person. We want to build long-term relationships and help our members see long-term, real-life progress which we cannot do over one session. If you wish to trial our sessions, the 30-day trial is for you.
Yes! Providing your health care professional has ensured you a ready to start exercising we are happy to have you in the studio. We have many members who work with us alongside their physios to increase their strength in a manner that is monitored, supported and adapted where needed.
Simply enquire via the 'Contact Us' page. Once you have done so, Hannah will reach out via WhatsApp or drop you a call. From there you can book a face-to-face consultation, or simply be added to the app and start booking your trial sessions. We do not have a formula from our consultation as everyone starts in a different place. You may want to come and see the studio before starting. The first step is you reaching out for help.
We have a simple-to-use booking app that every member has access to. You can book, leave or reschedule sessions from the app. Hannah is always on hand with any app-related questions throughout the trial or if you wish to continue after the trial.
